Delivery Times
Total Delivery Time
The total time from when you place your order until you receive it at your address is 8 to 15 business days, potentially up to 30, broken down as follows:
- Order processing: 1-5 business days (usually 1 day)
- Shipping: 7-10 business days, but may extend up to 30 days depending on stock and shipping carrier.
Processing Time (1-5 business days)
Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares your LEGscience compression massager for shipment. Processing time depends on:
- Order volume: During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, special campaigns), processing time may extend up to 5 business days.
- Stock availability: We typically process orders within 1 business day when items are in stock.
- Quality verification: Every unit goes through a quality check before shipping.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including your tracking number.

- United States: 7-30 business days

- Canada: 7-30 business days
- Australia: 7-30 business days
- New Zealand: 7-30 business days
Important note: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays of the destination country.

Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
- Shipping confirmation: You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships (1-5 days after purchase).
- Real-time tracking: Use the tracking number provided on the carrier's page to see real-time updates.
- Customer portal: Log in to your account at LEGscience.com to view the updated status of all your orders.
What if my tracking isn't updating?
It's normal for tracking to take 24-48 hours to activate after shipping. If you still don't see updates after this period, contact us at legscience@outlook.com.
Delivery Zones
We currently ship to:
- ✅ United States (all states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
- ✅ United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
- ✅ Canada (all provinces and territories)
- ✅ Australia (all states and territories)
- ✅ New Zealand (both islands)
Exclusions: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or overseas territories. If you're unsure whether we ship to your specific location, please contact our team before placing your order.
Customs and Duties
Import Duties and Taxes
United States: No additional customs duties apply for shipments within the U.S.
United Kingdom: Orders may be subject to VAT and customs duties. LEGscience is not responsible for these additional charges, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Canada: Orders may be subject to GST/HST and customs duties. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
Australia and New Zealand: Orders above the import threshold may be subject to GST and customs duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Important: Delivery times may extend if your package is held at customs for inspection. LEGscience has no control over these processes.
Customs Documentation
All of our international shipments include complete and accurate customs documentation to facilitate clearance. Please make sure to provide a valid phone number, as customs authorities may need to contact you.
Shipping Issues
My order hasn't arrived
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time (15 business days from the date of purchase):
- Check tracking: Review the latest status in the tracking system
- Check with neighbors: Sometimes packages are left with neighbors or front desks
- Contact us: Email us at legscience@outlook.com with your order number
We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the situation within 48 hours.
My order arrived damaged
We're sorry this happened. If your LEGscience massager arrived damaged:
- Photograph the damage: Take clear photos of the product and the outer packaging
- Don't discard the packaging: Keep the box and packaging materials
- Contact us immediately: Send us the photos and your order number at legscience@outlook.com
We'll send you a replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund based on your preference.
Incorrect delivery address
Before shipping: If you spot an error in your shipping address before we process your order, contact us immediately at legscience@outlook.com so we can correct it at no cost.
After shipping: Once the order has shipped, address changes depend on the carrier and may incur additional costs. Contact us as soon as possible so we can try to intercept the shipment.
Packages returned due to incorrect address: If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of a new shipment.
Orders to Business Addresses
Shipments to business addresses (offices, medical centers, gyms) follow the same estimated delivery times.
Recommendations:
- Include the company name and department in the address
- Provide a direct contact phone number
- Verify the building's package receiving hours
Shipping Privacy Policy

Holidays and Seasonal Delays
Impact on Delivery Times
During the following dates, processing and shipping times may extend:

- Holiday season (December - January)
- Chinese New Year (January - February, may affect stock)
- National holidays of each destination country
We recommend placing your orders early during these seasons. We'll post notices on our homepage if we anticipate significant delays.
Reshipments and Address Changes
Before Shipping
You can request an address change at no cost by contacting us within the first 24 hours of placing your order.
After Shipping
Address changes after the package has shipped depend on the carrier and may incur additional costs of $15-25 USD. It's not always possible to intercept a package in transit.
Second Delivery Attempt
If the carrier was unable to deliver your package on the first attempt:
- Check the notification left at your address
- Contact the carrier directly to schedule a second attempt
- Alternatively, you can pick up the package at the nearest carrier office
Delivery Guarantee

We're committed to making sure your order reaches you safely. If your order:
- Is lost in transit: We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund the full amount
- Arrives significantly late (more than 20 business days): Contact us to resolve it
- Is damaged during shipping: Immediate replacement or refund
