Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs Standard shipping costs are $30. In certain promotions, these costs may be free at the time of purchase. However, in the event of a return for reasons not attributable to a product defect, damage, or shipping error, the customer must pay the $30 original shipping fee before the return process can be initiated. Once the return is confirmed, a payment link will be sent and, once payment is completed, the return shipping address will be provided.

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at legscience@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any questions about returns, please contact us at legscience@outlook.com.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have a question or concern about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Reflection Period Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.
