Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with its tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs are $30. During certain promotions, these shipping costs may be waived at the time of purchase.

However, if a return is requested for reasons not attributable to a product defect, damage, or shipping error, the customer must pay the original $30 shipping cost before the return process can begin. Once the return request has been confirmed, a payment link will be sent. After payment has been completed, the customer will be provided with the address to which the product must be shipped.

Return shipping costs are also entirely the customer’s responsibility. The company does not provide return shipping labels or arrange product collection. The customer may use the carrier of their choice and select whichever shipping service they consider most suitable, assuming the corresponding cost.

Once the product has been received at our facilities, inspected to confirm that it meets the established return conditions, and the return has been approved, the corresponding refund will be issued.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at legscience@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom-made products such as special orders or personalized items; and personal care products such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Returns will also not be accepted for reasons related to the product’s size, as the product dimensions and the maximum compatible leg circumference are clearly specified on our website and in our policies before purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product is compatible with their measurements before placing an order.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with its tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
